What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, with the buyer responsible for return shipping. Custom props are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Our goal is for every customer to be fully satisfied, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. All customs pieces are final sale.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Items may ship at different times depending on if items are already finished products vs made to order. Clothing products and props ship from different places and most likely will not arrive at the same time.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both in-house and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
